Good supplement for those who struggle with anxiety or insomnia. Unfortunately I have both so I’ve tried a ton of different supplements that haven’t worked for me. So far these capsules have helped me not only fall asleep faster but deeper too. The best part of these is that they don’t make you wake up groggy. Easy to swallow capsules due to the size. No after taste. However, I like to pour the powder into my juice or water and drink after a meal. I only take one a day for now instead of three as recommended. Three gave me a headche. So far the health benefits are kicking in. Sleeping longer through the night. Suppressed apetite and swelling has decreased. The value of the product is good based on the quantity and it's effectiveness.
