Voice mic doesn't work, any this is a new phone? Says alot about the quality or lack of... shame as it seemed it would have been a great budget phone..

Before you read other reviews on this product just ignore them , i bought it at 8789 for that price this phone is a way better at every aspect in this price bracket , display is of good quality fhd , battery is 5000 mah , i was skeptical at the processor but its a above average chipset I haven’t faced any issue during normal usage or during gaming with mech arena and bgmi played both 30 fps , camera is acceptable at this price , you are getting android 13 and UI is the main course for this , bloatware is present but can be deleted and also can be disabled , just don’t think twice to buy even if you get it for 9.5k which is a good price

Expected more from moto but it has heating issues, and performance wise also average

I got the phone yesterday, and it never worked. After a full charge, it failed to start. Amazon customer service told me that I would have to call Motorola. Motorola customer service first told me it was "out of warranty" (not supported anymore), and then said I would get the repair warranty but asked me to go to the company service station to get it repaired, even though the phone came with a 10 day replacement promise. Motorola said they cannot replace, I have to go to the seller for replacement. I am going to try to salvage something by talking to Amazon again, but my fingers are crossed.
