Love this product! Most of the time I don’t really feel a radical difference with supplements but I’ve been taking it for two weeks and my pain has subsided and I’m really feeling motivated at 60 years young!

I've used Rhodiola rosea for years because I've found in helpful for increasing focus (I'm ADHD). I was thrilled to see Zazzee's version as it was far less expensive and got good ratings.It did seem to help with the expected increased focus but I ended up feeling incredibly dizzy. When I checked my blood pressure it was 90 over 60. This sounds great, but I am old, fat, and mostly sedentary.When I went out to mow the lawn, I became even dizzier and instead of rising, my blood pressure dropped to 85 over 55.The product that I had been taking (Ameriden's Rosavin Plus) contained 150mg of Rhodiola rosea as a standardized 3% extract from the root. The Zazzee product contains 300 MG but they also say it is a 10:1 extract, which they claim is the equivalent of 3000mg. I am not sure what is going on with their process/math but this seems like much too high of a dose.When I stopped taking it, my blood pressure went back to its typical range over time-- 130 over 75. Not great, but not frighteningly low or high.I've only noticed one other person mentioning dizziness, and they'd taken it at night, rather than in the morning as recommended. Nonetheless, it does seem like something one should be aware of as a potential side effect.
