I'm feeling those good vibrations!
LOVEEEEEEEE this vibration plate. It is my first one so I have nothing to compare it to-it makes my back feel so good and helps with lymphatic drainage.

Very beneficial with my fibromyalgia
I have Fibromyalgia and Im a nurse... working 12 hr days. Its tough at times. I have found relief with using this vibration plate. I may start my day with 10-20 minutes and/or end it with the same. I use it about 5x a week. If my restless leg is really bad, I will get out of bed and use it for 10 minutes and then my legs relax. Everyone is different but I find it beneficial.

Great machine and easy to use.
I love this vibration plate. It is easy to use and the price was just right. I bought it used like new and couldn't be happier. I use it almost every day morning and night and feel a difference in my circulation I would highly recommend this for the price and quality. It is not too noisy and very easy to operate it does come with a remote control and two resistance bands.

Reliable
It does work as it should, but I don’t like the fact that it’s not easy to clean because of the material on the top where you stand. Quickly accumulates crumbs, loose hair, and dust and not so easy to dust off. I think it takes a moment to get familiar with settings and modes but it is good quality.
