Exactly what it's supposed to be. Came packaged well, the agar strips were all whole (unbroken), and I was able to use the ingredient to make my favourite agar-agar dessert! Really glad this is available online to be honest - it was impossible to find in the Asian supermarkets I visited (and I went looking all over the place!)
