Only been using these for a short while but already feel the benefits. I do a lot of sport and my performance feels like it’s improved. They’re easy to digest with no issues around absorption. I’m also sleeping well, so overall, so far so good.

I've taken magnesium for a long time to release stuff muscles, but not as a sleep aid. The first fast-acting magnesium product I bought to help me sleep was brilliant but just too expensive. This is a better price and still has exactly the same desired effect. It isn't all I do to solve my insomnia issues, but it is really pulling its weight. I almost sleep through, when I used to wake up 5-7 times every night. Naturally I feel much better because of this, so I think it is well worth the cost for the positive effects it achieves.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I am very pleased with the results. I chose Zenement specifically because the ingredient list is extremely short — magnesium bisglycinate, vegetable capsule (HPMC) and L-leucine, with no unnecessary excipients such as magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide or artificial colorants. The bisglycinate form matters: it absorbs significantly better than magnesium oxide or citrate and causes no digestive discomfort whatsoever. The dose of 350mg elemental magnesium per daily serving (2 capsules) is well calibrated and covers almost the entire recommended daily intake. Effects I have personally noticed: more restful sleep, better muscle relaxation and an overall calmer feeling throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no unpleasant aftertaste. Manufactured in Spain to European standards, vegan and gluten free. Partiamo da una premessa fondamentale: quando si assume un integratore, destinato a finire nel nostro organismo, con il fine di produrre un determinato effetto, la soglia di attenzione in fase di acquisto deve essere alta. Vanno valutati: - Cosa si stia assumendo e quale sia il fine perseguito. - Il marchio, la sua affidabilità e le certificazioni che possiede. - Gli ingredienti e la forma di assunzione del prodotto. - La biodisponibilità e le dosi giornaliere. - Possibile aggiunta di altri elementi. Il magnesio bisglicinato è una delle migliori forme di magnesio in circolazione perchè è altamente biodisponibile, ossia entra più facilmente nel sangue e viene utilizzata meglio dal nostro organismo, senza essere scartata con le feci e senza causare disturbi intestinali, come avviene anche per il il magnesio treonato e il magnesio malato, più inclini però ad essere adoperati per integrazioni specifiche. In questo integratore troverete anche una piccola dose di L-Leucina: non preoccupatevi, è un amminoacido essenziale che, combinato al magnesio, può potenziare l’effetto sul tono muscolare (ottimo in caso di crampi, affaticamento o sport). Viene inserito anche perchè stabilizza la formulazione in capsule. Non è indispensabile, sia chiaro, ma nemmeno dannoso o nocivo. In sostanza, il magnesio bisglicinato di Zenement è un ottimo prodotto, soprattutto in relazione al rapporto qualità-prezzo: €20 per 180 capsule, che potrebbero coprire 3-4 mesi di utilizzo, sono davvero pochi. Consigliatissimo!!!
