GO EASY ON THE PAN GREASING. KEEP IT LIGHT.
I am amassing this pan in every size! I have lived 65 years eating healthy, while cooking on the world's worst pans!! These pans are so easy to use and clean! I use very little (1 teasp) of butter or canola oil prior to sauteing. First it's healthier for you, Second, the instructions say to do this. The non stick surface will stay in tact if you practice that. Furthermore, YOU WILL BE HEALTHIER WHICH IS WHY YOU BOUGHT THIS PAN! HAPPY COOKING!
