I’ve been vegan for 10 years. In the last 8 months I’ve had issues with extreme dizziness, tiredness (like unable to drag myself out of bed because I’m so tired to the point of feeling sick), needing to lay down, trouble focusing, and, with that, trouble with being able to get tasks done (fun tasks, errands, practicing my hobbies, chores). I’m not a big eater (I see it as a chore) and vegans are known to need to do extra work to get certain vitamins in their diet, so it’s not so far-fetched that, after ten years of veganism, I’m deficient in something - B12 being one of the biggest things vegans don’t get enough of. I got this three maybe four days ago. Along with starting electrolyte beverages and a general iron and hair supplement, the change since taking this in the last few days has been RIDICULOUS. I’m telling you - I was STRUGGLING to get through my 7-10 hours of work a day, STRUGGLING to get myself to do basic tasks like a grocery trip, dishes, laundry, meet up with a friend for coffee. Since starting this (and the other couple things I started at the same time), existing doesn’t feel so impossible and exhausting. I’m getting stuff done, I went out Saturday night with a friend, I’m answering my texts, I’m working on my hobbies again. Do not underestimate the toll a vitamin deficiency like this can take on you!! I never believed in vitamins or the effect they can have on you. Game changer, seriously.Otherwise - doesn’t taste too bad (tastes like a vitamin) and it doesn’t make me gag when I keep it under my tongue. 10/10!!!

I tried Vitamin B patches for a while, but one had non-vitamin ingredients and the other just didn't make me feel any different. This does. It wasn't instant, but now if I realize on my way out the door that I forgot to take it, I go back. I'm in my mid-sixties and my job can be physically and emotionally demanding, and I am convinced this helps tremendously. I did try a new probiotic at the same time I purchased this so it's impossible for me to tell what's responsible, but my reflux is all but gone. I didn't know that Vitamin B can help that, but apparently it does.

I chose your product because I’ve had very successful bariatric surgery in 2000, & continued success means I give my body extra, high quality supplements to help myself to remain healthy. Just being thinner isn’t necessarily healthy, I have to pay attention to what goes into my body! I’ve just started your Liquid B-Complex & so far I’m liking it very much. I’ll continue to use it for about 6 months to a year to see if it adds to my overall health. Thank you for a fine, very quick & easy to use product!

I tried this at the recommendation of a friend. It arrived in time and in nice packaging. In many comments people mentioned an after taste with the flavor. I shake well before taking it and find the berry taste rather pleasant. I do 2-3 squirts because the recommended five (to get the daily dose) gave me a little stomach ache. I just started using the product so cannot make a comment about the effect yet. I do like that it includes B3 and B12 as methylcobalamin instead of the cyanocobalamin. So far so good!

Product is good still haven’t felt a difference because I just started taking it, but I definitely consulted with my physician and he was definitely OK with me taking this product. He says I might not see immediate results, but I definitely will start to feel good soon enough and it actually does not taste bad. Easy to use

My item was delivered on April 26 of this year. I was a little bit skeptical, but I was desperate at the same time. It seems I could not get enough sleep. I was extremely tired all the time I was taking vitamin B12 in the capsule, so I decided to switch to a liquid in hopes that that would help that’s when I ran into your wonderful product. I read all the reviews some good some not so good but most of them were very positive so I ordered it. They commented how it smelled like medicine it does and the taste was not very good. I haven’t noticed it but what I have noticed is the amazing turnaround in my sleep and overall good health and as an added bonus, I’ve been an ice cream lover extraordinaire for a long long time and not one day went by I didn’t have a heaping bowl since the second day I took it that has stopped!!! and I am totally amazed. Also, the desire to snack on sweets has very much diminished and my overall diet has come back in line. I am thrilled. Thank you, thank you thank you and I am a real person. P.s and in my case, have not had any stomach issues.. if you’re looking for some help, I cannot guarantee that it’s gonna work for you like it has for me in all cases but it’s worth giving it a try. This liquid would be complex is really helping me. I tend to not take a pill in the morning because it upsets my stomach. I take this right after breakfast and it seems to give me a pick me up. :)

I purchased last week, received order very quickly. I saw reviews about the taste/smell, but didn't put allot of stock into them. I have purchased plenty of things like this in the past, (first time from this seller), and from my experiences before I know that taste may not always be the greatest but that's not the point. Sometimes you just have to take things that are good for you but do not taste the greatest, grow up already is how I feel about that.However, the taste from this was truly rancid. Smell was so bad that my co workers walked in and with sour faces asked what that smell was. Literally.It seems to me that there was a big bad batch made, that's just IMO. Allot of reviews were stating the same things. However there is also allot of good reviews, so something is amiss.I reached out to the seller, they asked a couple of questions and returned my money. The turnaround was almost 24 hours, not quite, before seller got back to me. I really appreciate that from them. I spend good money to take care of my health and really don't want to just count it a loss, good customer relations from them will make me give them another try for sure. Thank you.
