At first I didn’t they worked and I wasted my money but I kept on taking them and now I see results! It took awhile but now my belly is shrinking fast.

This is my first time trying this, and I really enjoyed it. It does exactly what it should, and I am grateful for this product. As long as you're not just eating and doing nothing, you can't expect it to be different; that's just the fact. My stomach isn't bloated anymore, and I can rock my t-shirts properly.

I've been on my 2nd bottle. I must say I'm a bit disappointed because I haven't seen any results yet. Sad because the version I was using was much better.

This is a long term product that def works but in small sucesses. Week 1-2 you see modest (fluctuations only because the product needs long term loyalty) weight loss + or - 2.5 here, or there. Then week three you see slimmer waist,love handle reduction, better fitting clothes at the hips, slimmer thighs. Day 23 I saw the first belly/waist reduction and shape trim from spherical to ovicular shape, some divots forming in the back and oblique regions. Day 30-33, six pack abs become present but also with oblique ab reduction. Day 40 more defined abs that become larger with exercise -running, walking and decline ab workouts . The only reason I give this product 4.5/5 is becasue of some side effects--more bowel time/bathroom. Unpleasant but avoidable if supplmented with fiber or good diet.

I don't know if I was a good test subject for this, I don't have a big belly, just not as flat as I'd like it, (I'm 5'8", 173 lbs, fairly muscular, but with a bit of a dad-bod stomach.) It seemed to help keep me where I was instead of gaining weight, but I didn't modify my diet at all either. I tried it for 3 months, took 1 pill 3 xs a day. After 90 days, I read if you aren't seeing good results, there's no point in continuing, so I stopped. It never bothered my stomach or caused any side effects, so it was no problem taking it.

I have been weightlifting and active in the gym for the better part of 15 years. As a man nearing my 40s, my metabolism has slowed and I deal with what a lot of people deal with - stubborn belly fat. I looked into these pills as an assist to get rid of that fat. They are a complete and total waste of time and money. I find it hilarious that one of the creators of this pill messaged me after receiving them to give me “tips” on how to make the most of these “fat burners”. The messaged suggested that I incorporate high intensity interval training, a high protein rich diet, limiting sugar intake, and getting plenty of sleep and rest… it’s like DUH, this is LITERALLY the recipe to lose weight, whether you’re using these pills or not. So of course you’re going to lose belly fat if you follow that regiment. The first week of using these pills caused severe nausea for me. I pushed through and tried these pills for a full 30 days, and they made zero difference to my belly and love handles. They gave me no “pep in my step” in the gym. I actually think they hindered my work outs and my muscle mass. You know what makes a difference? - hard work in the gym, and proper dieting. Save your money, these are basically water pills.
