This product helps me to get a restful sleep. I initially took two in the morning, but soon discovered it made me too relax and a bit sleepy. I did a little reach and found out, I only needed to take one 420mg of magnesium. The best time for me is at bedtime. I like the Qunol brand. I'll continue to buy this brand.

I have used several different brands of magnesium for a specific prophylaxis and if you're reading this, you probably know which. I find this one to be one of the best. It is a big pricier than a lot of the others, but you're getting a higher quality! Highly recommend.

This is a really good brand of magnesium. I have trouble absorbing nutrients due to having gastric bypass surgery, and these are easier to absorb than other brands. The price is good.I take these every night before bed and I sleep so much better! Will continue to purchase these.

I started taking these right before bed. So far, I feel this product has helped with the quality of my sleep, allowing me to get into a deeper state of sleep and relaxation. I have noticed a difference in my dreams, which are more vivid and intense. I am in my early 50's and beginning to notice the effects of menopause, difficulty with sleep being one of them. I would recommend this product to women (or anyone) experiencing difficulty sleeping.
