Fun game!
Wish the bowl provided was a bit larger for the cards it comes with. We improvised and used a mixing bowl instead. Super fun game!

Entertaining with Some Limitations
I recently purchased the Big Bad Bowl game for a game night with friends. The game, which includes 600 cards with various icebreakers, challenges, and guessing games, promises a lot of fun and engagement. After playing it several times, here’s my take: Variety of Cards: The game boasts a vast array of cards, ensuring that the gameplay doesn't become repetitive quickly. The icebreakers and challenges range from hilarious to thought-provoking, which kept us engaged. However, some of the cards felt a bit too similar in nature, leading to a bit of predictability after a while. Entertainment Value: The game is definitely fun and sparked a lot of laughter and conversation among my group. It serves well as an icebreaker and gets more enjoyable as players loosen up. Suitability for Adults: The content of the cards is indeed adult-themed, with some requiring a bit of boldness and openness to engage fully. This aspect might not be comfortable for all players, so it’s best played among close friends. Quality of Materials: The cards are of decent quality, but I did notice some wear after a few uses. The packaging is compact and travel-friendly, which is a plus. Ease of Understanding/Playing: The game rules are straightforward and easy to pick up. It doesn't require much setup, which is great for impromptu game nights. Why Not 5 Stars?: The reason for a 3-star rating is the balance of content. While many cards are fun and engaging, some feel a bit lackluster or repetitive. Also, the game might not appeal to everyone due to its adult nature and the type of humor and challenges involved. Conclusion: Big Bad Bowl is a good choice for an adult game night, especially if you’re looking for something to break the ice and encourage laughter and conversation. It’s entertaining and easy to play, but it may not suit all tastes, and the content could be more varied to maintain freshness and unpredictability.

Hilarious Belly Laughing Fun!
A review of the Big Bad Bowl - Ultimate 600 Cards Fun Party Game for Adults. This game could be described as adult Taboo and Charades. There are words you have to guess that are not suitable for children. The chits (folded pieces of paper) that have the words that must be guessed, come in booklets. You're supposed to rip the chits out of the booklets, fold them up and place them in the bowl. We didn't want a bunch of folded up papers to store in the box after the game, so we each grabbed a booklet, left the chits in the booklets and flipped to the next page each time we took a turn. Also, it is possible to rip the pieces of paper trying to pull them out of the booklet. Cards that you would typically draw in a game like this might be a better option. We also didn't follow the game rules since there were only 3 of us playing and the game is for 4 or more. We didn't keep score either. We just had fun trying to figure out the words from the clues that were given or from the word being acted out. If there are only two of you, you could still have fun playing the game this way. There is a third way to guess the words, which is to pronounce them backwards. We didn't enjoy this method that much, so we just alternated rounds between giving clues or acting the word out. The hilarity comes from round 2 where you act out the word for your opponents to guess. This round is the reason why the game is fun and why we will play it again.

Fun game just for adults
I’m always looking for fun games we can play when we have friends over, so I thought this might be a good fit. This game is definitely for adults, so I don’t recommend playing it with younger kids around or with people who don’t appreciate adult humor. The words themselves aren’t necessarily bad but with the “bad words” you’re not supposed to use to describe the main word, it definitely starts leading you in a suggestive direction. The game is small which is nice so it doesn’t take up a bunch of space on your game shelf or if you wanted to take it to someone’s house to play it. I like the three different rounds or ways you can play this game, it shakes things up a bit.

A blended bowl of “tried + true” favorites.. creates some mixed results!!
A mash up game using a few known fav.’s!! So good news is most will already know basics of how to play and simple twist and mixing together can easy to explain! (a bonus if playing “with that person..” one who cant pay attention yet, asks all the questions.. ha!!) learning time- 5min. and a quick practice round to be ready to go! Team play also holds up a weak link!! Actual game is a mixing bowl.. hence, all my clichés!! I do wish bowl was bigger, more stable and included a lid- how smart would that be to contain pieces? An opportunity missed for sure! 600 printed word booklet on heavier cardstock but, NOT actual “cards.” Bc these are out of perforated pages.. edges have ability to tear, lack stability and coated finish most game cards have for longevity. Print is large and easy to read. I feel at least 250 of 600 printed words had really good merit. Game is a sum of x3 equal parts: taboo, charades and jabber!! BASIC gist: divide into x2 teams- players toss handful of word cards into bowl. Each team gets 45sec. per round and a point for every correct guess. Teams alternate turn with each round (why not just time x1 minute?!) each team has a captain per round- other players make the guesses! Rounds go like this- 1.taboo: captain describes words without using the x2 words printed on card..do as many words team can guess in set time. 2. Charades: captain acts out word without use of dominant hand- really? we forgo this rule and just do charades.. it’s hard enough without a needless rule.. x1 point for every guess- 3. Jabber: captain says word on card backwards ONCE and a correct guess gets x1 point- we allow to repeat bc its not easy and this proves to be players least favorite round. Winner: add points from each round.. highest team WINS!! *As you can see game has plenty of places to adjust and make it more conducive to how you want/like.. doing this we had x4 star fun- without it was a low 3 star. (Feedback from group!) Review: reminds me of game that no one knew what it should be? and make it Nasty.. why? I get funny ha ha- but, too many not needed parts that don’t seem to have a real purpose to put in game and begins to make it “mehh..” silly chaos can be fun! But, can also be obnoxious.. making rules needless or to be different- can take away from making it solid!? Maybe add double point if you DO some of rules is better fit.. For game pieces and tweaks- a bit higher price than others, but can be a fun option with personal tweak!! Had to give all details- sorry so long.. whew. Hoping info can help- stay safe and play on!!
