I bought this for my son’s Halloween costume (Blippi). He is 18months old, weighs about 27lb. I purchased the 12-18month size, because most shirts he can fit into 12 month comfortably. The shirt was a little smaller than expected but it will work for Halloween. The color is perfect as described. The material is not super soft, but not rough to where it would be uncomfortable. Much cheaper than purchasing on the Children’s Place website, and also arrived quicker.
