A little pricey, but so worth it....
My review mirrors what they have said in the US (amazon.com) reviews, and also:Pros:The process to view the remote PC uses either java or an applet.Transmission encoding can be set for the appropriate bandwidth e.g. LAN, DSL, ISDN, GPRS etc.The KVM console allows predefined keys that you can have on the displayDrive redirection allows you to mount an ISO to the end clientIt recently (this year) got updated (firmware) to deal with the Poodle SSL attack.

Very good, but missing very important features
It is an amazing product, but I gave it single star because it is lacking the very important features. These are the missing features:Dynamic DNS, UPnP, Any kind of VPN client (PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN, ...), Reverse Connection to a dedicated listening client (like we have in VNC listening mode viewer)And these are missing because (as I believe) they want to force you to buy their ManageLinx solution to pass firewalls. Which is very expensive or needs a subscription. That is enough for me to give the worst review. You will be able to manage the PC on local network using the Spider Duo, but if you plan to manage it remotely from outside the firewall (as it is the most of cases) you will have to manage to open a port in your firewall. And if you have an ISP which blocks inbound connections, you will be stuck.I cannot recommend it to any of my remote clients because many of them are using 3G networks, and they have inbound connection blocked. And even if they want to use it with DSL, they will need to setup the port forwarding themselves which is just a show stopper for many of them.
