This was bought for a six year old,she was delighted with it. Helping her tell the time etc,and very colourful.loks good in her bedroom.

great for children
it is great for children that don't know how to check the time to go to the bedplays songs, and works as lampshadeeasy to set upthe sound output could be better for a clear sounds

Very disappointed
Sleep trainer wake up time is preset for 6am. I changed it to 7am but the sun icon still appears at 6am! Then at 7am it started flashing and the clock turned green. What’s the point of setting the wake up time to 7am if the sun icon is still going to appear at 6am? Little one wanted to get out of bed at 06:15 as she said the clock’s sun was out and it was time to get up!The lights around the clock keep flickering and it is very uncomfortable, so we have to set it to the lowest brightness or turn it off. Such a shame as the colours are very pretty, but the flickering is terrible.Cable is very short, it is designed to be placed in a low bedside table very close to a socket.Very disappointed as we read so many reviews before purchasing this clock and were hoping it would be great, but it is very poor quaility.Do not buy recommend.

Great product
Took a bit of getting use to in order to set the music etc but my son loves it. Great selection of music which my son gets to choose each night. He's starting to understand that he should wait till the sun lights up before getting out of bed and is very proud of himself when he waits so it’s doing the job.

Great clock for my 5 year old
Got this clock for my son for Christmas and he loves it, good selection of tunes for him to put on, he can use it very easily and likes the different light options. I also like that you can adjust the brightness of both the coloured light and background

Great product but can't figure out how to child lock it.
How do you lock the clock so the kids can't mess with the settings? We have lost the instructions so we're struggling to figure it out. Thanks

Nice but not rechargeable
Nice clock with good features. However, this is not a rechargeable clock, even though it says contains 1 x USB charging cable. It requires mains power to work.

Does not work as a sleep training clock
The preset for the sun coming out it 6am. No matter how many times we try and change it , the sun still comes up at 6am. This defeats the point of the sleep training alarm clock.The green lights comes on at 7am as it should, but my children want to get up when the sun is up!
