Exactly as described and easy to set up

I bought this resistance band set to use for home workouts and overall the quality is very good. The bands feel strong and durable and the accessories included make it a versatile set. Build Quality: The bands feel sturdy and well made, and the clips and attachments feel secure during use. Everything feels like good quality rather than flimsy, and the bar and handles are comfortable to hold while exercising. Accessories: The set includes several useful attachments. The over-door anchor is especially good — it’s actually my husband’s favourite part of the set because it makes it easy to add resistance exercises without needing any other equipment. Resistance & Use: The resistance itself works well and the bands provide smooth tension during exercises. Length: The only downside for me is the band length. Some resistance band sets allow you to wrap the band around the bar multiple times to shorten it, but this set doesn’t really allow for that. Because of my height (5ft5), the bands feel quite long and I only start to feel proper resistance when I’m fully stretched — and even then it’s quite light. If you’re around 5ft6 or taller, this likely won’t be an issue, but shorter users may find the bands a bit long depending on the exercise. The only reason I’ve taken off a star is the band length, which makes it slightly less suitable for shorter users.

This item offers excellent quality and is highly suitable for home workouts or while traveling. The inclusion of both a bar and handle option is a brilliant feature. Only complaint the resistance is not strong enough. I luckily have bands from another set ive purchased and was able to triple the resistance. The bar has held up well. Overall highly recommended.

£34.39 at time of purchase April 2025 Nice tube bands and bar. Unfortunately the straps wouldn't hold where they were set and kept slipping make the exercises difficult to perform. These would have been a staple part of my fitness equipment if not for that fault.

Nice a strong piece of kit with robust catches. I feel confident in the bands unlike some other brands I've tried. The bar is good, could do with being a little longer and the bands are too long for dead lifts etc to be effective below the knee. The foot straps are a great addition and the handles wide enough to prevent chaffing of the knuckles. I would recommend this set

Le molle sono davvero belle e funzionali di buon materiale, le uso da 3 settimane e sono ok, un giorno di carico e uno di riposo, la scheda illustrativa per gli esercizi è fatta davvero bene, attenzione però bisogna avere un po' di esperienza di palestra per i movimenti giusti, per nn rischiare di fare danni a se stessi, il video dimostrativo l'ho trovato su un'altro articolo della stessa marca assicurandomi di eseguire bene gli esercizi.Il risultato inizio a vedere qualcosa, fiato e muscoli più accentuati e un po' più di forza nel sollevamento di pesi per lavoro.Seguendo le serie illustrate sulla scheda con 15/20 secondi di intervento per ognuna, più o meno per finire impiego un'ora e mezza circa.Buona alternativa per chi nn ha tempo per andare in palestra e fare un po' di attività fisica a casa.Consigliato
