Disappointed
I bought these because I was traveling to Europe for 3 weeks to visit my son and his family. I regularly get nausea because of my medication I brought this along the trip and sadly when I went to pop out the tablets they were old and brittle and fell apart and had a nasty taste.

It did not help with the gas at all !!!

Cracked tablets
I’m half way done with the first pack and all the tables are cracked in tiny pieces making it hard to take.

Something is wrong here
Unfortunately these "tablets" disintegrate when dislodged from the packaging into an unpleasant powder form. I don't know if I got an "old" package, or that is the way these are supposed to come out, but the experience is not as I had hoped.

It works if you can get it out of the package before it breaks up into a crumbly powder then maybe you can dump it in your mouth!

Goodbye gas
In the beginning, I was hesitant about using this product, but after doing some research, I realized it's unlikely to become dependent on Melatonin when used for a short period of time. It reset my sleep cycle and also improved the quality of my sleep.

When you’re bedridden, getting gas out isn’t easy
Because I was bedridden, I couldn't roll from side to side and getting gas out wasn't easy. It would build up in my system and cause so much pain. This has helped me so much and you take it for granted sometimes.
