Pretty good tool mount
Its a pretty good tool holder I got it mounted and it holds up strong I’m not to sure on the bolts it comes with I ended up using rivets to mount them in my truck bed but if you have bigger tools it’s a little hard to get them hooked on but when you do it’s on there

Cracked under normal use in covered truck bed
Worked ok. Was a little tight for fitting around my shovel handle. I know you want it snug but Probably could’ve been slightly larger. It held it snugly in place without flipping the latch down. Just hit the 2 year mark if using it and the metal cracked this month. It’s mounted inside the truck bed and I have a tonneau cover

Good quality / needs to come with washers

So so tool holders
If installing on plastic they don’t hold very well. Lost rake and shovel from hooks.

Broke 2nd day
Low quality metal. Do NOT use on the exterior of your rig. Mine was mounted upside down on the internal molle rack of my 4Runner. Holding an axe and a shovel. The one holding the axe broke while driving down the highway.
