This machine has been running great! It's really quiet. I'm a bit sensitive to noise, but I can barely hear this machine working, which makes me feel great.I noticed that using the frozen bottled water lasts longer and more convenient. Instead of draining the water each time, I can just replace the bottles. One thing to note is that if the water is not changed for a long time, there may be some fibers or hair floating in the water, and I think these debris may cause blockage if they're sucked in. So it's best to change the water regularly.Another good feature is that the timer is programable. I can set a 20on/20off or 30/30 loop running, this really convenient.

Ordered this machine for ice therapy after knee surgery. Worked very well and a great price compared to our local pharmacy. Used it for a few weeks and suddenly couldn’t turn it on. Found an issue with the plug. At 11 pm I emailed the customer service email. I think within 5 mins I had a response and the following day I had a new plug in hand. They immediately took care of my issue with NO hesitation whatsoever. You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. I highly recommend this machine and company.

Worked for my knee replacement, but will have to get a new one before my next knee. Where the handle locks the lid down is almost completely worn down after three weeks so I can’t seal it anymore. I guess this is why it was less than others. I’d still buy this is you only need it once.Ok here is the update-it never made it thru my first surgery! Motor stopped pushing watcher thru the system and there are no troubleshooting resources out there!!!!!Final update: They reached out after the review and after some prompt communications I got a replacement under the warranty. Sound like this is evolving and getting better, so worth the price.

This works phenomenally! My teen was recovering from a knee injury and we received a tip to give one of these a try. It does not disappoint. Works perfectly, is easy to use, provides quick pain relief, and has multiple attachments to use on different areas of the body. We placed frozen water bottles into the water reservoir and that really helps the process. Definitely worth the investment!

Got this to help my back after major surgery. O rings keep breaking and next thing you know you are soaked with freezing water.not being able to stand up without help due to fusion surgery. Well that sucks.Just doesn't work right. Better options out there or ask you doctor for one.

Unit came with dry and cracked seals at connections so it constantly leaks everywhere. I would like 4 new seals/gaskets sent to me asap

Opened it from the box the morning of surgery. The nurses & doctor all tried to keep it from leaking at the connections but were unsuccessful. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this brand.

I had a total knee replacement and this was supper helpful for recovery. The pad was big enough to cover the whole area and it was great only having to refill the ice once in a while. It reduced the pain better then ice packs would have. I have a freestanding ice maker whick was helpful to replenish the ice. I feel that the quality was good. I will be using this again as i need surgery on my other knee as well.
