The IEKAT are a lifesaver for my feet. They provide great support and allow me to stay on my feet longer and walk further than without them. An added benefit to my insoles are their cooling affect. i have had multiple foot injuries since 2005- all that endurance stuff. I am still doing the endurance but I developed chronic issues. been using various insole for years, redithotic for years ( usually 60$), and decided to explore lesser cost options but would not/could not accept lesser product.these insoles are actually better overall with no compromises, the arch is more balanced in it height, and they're not overgrown in size sucking up toe box room.they also do not make the shoe box overheat, especially on long runs, which is good for long odor and breakdown. I will buy more of these as my current inventory retires.everyone's foot is different, so feel and motion is the true judge, for me and my feet, these are it!

I ordered these along with new footwear to play pickleball. I am a lifetime tennis player and have never had soleus pain, but had been dealing with it for several months. I'm still very cautious but these insoles seem to be helping. They are comfortable, and although they add weight to the shoe, they are working well on the court. I will definitely buy another pair for my next shoe choice...it's just much more support than any factory insole provides. I have a pair of old women's Nike Flyknits that I love and did not want to replace. However, after years and years, the original foot inserts were flattened and provided zero support. I wound up not wearing those sneakers as much because my inner arches would be in such pain even after short periods of time. I bought these insoles hoping they would extend the life of my sneakers, and they did just that. I wore these on a trip to the UK and had no foot pain. For reference, my Flyknits are a size 6.5 US, and the insoles fit perfectly. Not sure how they'd be in a smaller or larger shoe, but they work great in mine.
