I wish I can give 0 to it, u can only feel the flour it’s never mixed with water or milk, also tried to bake with it failed, the worst thing I’ve ever bought even tried to mix with another protein I have ruined it.

I have seen people complaining about the taste but the package clearly states its an unflavoured one. Initially you may have some difficulty gulping it but once you get used to this is the best one can get - no preservatives, no artificial flavours, no colors, etc. Just pure energy powder. I wish it could have been better price wise.

Good product. I'm using the same from past 3 months as recommended by my dietecian. Good to use. I can see the change. Regarding taste it's tasteless completely. But very effective.

This is good for gut only if you have it in less quantity per day. In my case if I exceed more than 20 gm then it makes me feel bloated and causes stomach gases. The taste is not good. I tried their assorted flavors. I didn't like any of them. So instead I bought unflavored. I mix it with dates and fruits like banana or apple to add sweetness and flavor. Sometimes I add monk fruit sweetener, cacao powder and vanilla essence to make it taste better. The powder is too sticky and doesn't dissolve fully in the water. It sticks on the teeth. It sticks on the blender. It's very hard to remove it. The only plus point of this Protine powder is that its good for gut if taken in small quantity.

Pretty light on my stomach hence I love it, but it is definitely chalky in texture and anybody who says otherwise is either lying or simply wrong. If you don't mind the chalky texture (like me) then you can go for it. I use it to meet my nutrition needs as my daily protein intake isn't too high because eating meat everyday is difficult. However for muscle recovery and building, whey/soy protein powders are superior (google PDCAAS). I don't use whey protein because it is known to cause acne and I'm also scared of digestion issues with whey/soy powders, plus they can be expensive. Hence this is ideal for me. In terms of the packaging, I have a problem with the fear-mongering type of claims made on the packet such as "neither this nor that" especially because, except for their unflavoured one, they do add monkfruit in the other protein powders which is a natural sweetener so somebody with diabetes may fall for the front packet's claims and land in trouble. Also some flavour packets say things like "with superfoods" and everyone should know: there is no such thing as a "superfood" it's just a marketing term so don't fall for these wellness culture claims. It's still a nice protein powder but this is my fair, unbiased, honest review.

I hv already used more then kg so was happy with it n so I ordered again but this time I found one of the pack with tiny little germs in it and thanks to my eyes that I was able to see it . Was thinking it’s totally organic but did not expect this . And I am a big fan of AMAZON but this time they fail . Hope to get exchanged from AMAZON so that I can keep trusting them and also it cost 1201 /- for 500gms . So it’s not that cheap. Hope either to get refund or exchange me that 1 pack. Till now was rating 5 star but this time m totally not satisfied. So just giving 1 star ⭐️
