I love the henna. No peroxide, no ammonia. I was looking for hair color that was not 2 step process. I did not want my hair bleached out and then colored because when the color wears off and it does, no matter how well you follow instructions. Henna just add color with no chemicals. No hair color is permanent but the henna is perfect for me and it’s not expensive

Did not look like a natural product. It left a green colored dye on my scalp. It did not turn my grey into brown like it suggested. I wish there was a negative rating

I have a lot of grays to cover, and the ends of my hair were bleached and dyed hot pink with splat hair dye. I love that it covered my natural grays, matched my natural color, and evened out the pink to a pretty redish color. I bloomed 4 tablespoons of henna in hot water and a splash of vinegar, for 4 hours, and I bloomed 4 tablespoons of indigo in hot water for 1 hour, then mixed them together. I applied to my head and kept it on for 4 hours. Do not wash out with shampoo. I will be using this again and again.

May be better for lighter hair, not sure. Mines is dark brown. Took a week to show color.
