I started using Neutrogena products after my dermatologist recommended it (I used another well-known over-the-counter brand for years, but suddenly developed an allergy). I really like this foundation. Coverage is "light," (If you like to cover 100% of all spots, this is probably not the foundation for you). I do not really like the way it looks by itself, so I use a little Neutrogena MIneral Sheers Loose Powder Foundation over the liquid foundation. The pump container works very well and is very clever in design. The liquid never gets caked in the opening (like my previous foundation), causing blockage. There is a moveable bottom plate inside of the container that moves up the bottle as you use the foundation, and because the container is translucent, you can see how much foundation is left!

I really needed an oil free tinted sunscreen that didn't make my skin break out and had nice enough coverage my skin tone was evened out, it does the job and then some! It definitely smells like sunscreen but I absolutely don't mind because the pros outweigh the cons. It is a small container, but it should last a good while since I only use a pump or two to cover my face and neck. This product is gold and I will definitely be purchasing it more!

This Neutrogena Foundation is water based, good for my oily skin, and I believe the retinal is beneficial. I have used it for several years but I wish it offered a little more coverage for all over tone. It is supposed to be sheer so I just use another Neutrogena foundation under it for the times I feel I need more of a made up look i.e. evenings. I used to use high priced department store skin products but now I pretty much rely on Neutrogena .

I have used this product everyday for a week. I have acne prone skin, this has not caused one blemish. It is lightweight, with a decent coverage. I usually have oily skin, but I have been using a retin a cream, so it is a bit on the dry side. With that being said, this product is not greasy, so it will be good for oily skin. My concealer is making the dryness of my skin look horrible, this stuff is gliding right over, leaving no trace of flaky cracked skin. This leads me to believe that this will be perfect for dry skin as well. Over all, amazing product! I will definitely purchase again.

It's just ok. It is a very thin product that applies pretty streakily. It seems as though the pigmentation is ok in the bottle but it kind of disappears on the skin, and not in a nice subtle way. It's like I didn't apply anything at all. No color, no blurring, no smoothing; I suppose it does say sheer but it is VERY sheer. Also, this product did give me some skin irritation (causing little bumps to come up) and kind of dried my skin out. It also really settles into fine lines, which is just super annoying. I think there are much better products with SPF out there, and I'm personally liking the ELF foundation serum much more than this product. They are similar in their descriptions, but the ELF one is just so much better all around.

I have the two fairest shades and so am not sure which I'm reviewing, but I can say that my skin tone falls somewhere between. One looks a tad darker, the other a bit fairer that my skin, but both are acceptable. I prefer the sheer quality of Neutrogena to the thick, mask-like consistency of the department store products and find it easy to apply. The tube contents are hygienically delivered through the pump, a nice feature, but the volume is scant for the price. All things considered, I'll continue to order despite the cost per ounce.

I never thought in my life I would used a tinted sunscreen but when I did, it changed everything. I ditched my foundations and only use it when necessary because this thing does it all but of course it doesn't have any coverage but it will give you that comfortable, breathable skin and I'm obsessed with it. 👍

I wear this daily, layered over my Coola face moisturizer. Evens out my skin tone but looks very natural. I have never felt comfortable wearing “foundation” in real life. This product gives me a little more polish so it looks like I spent a bit of time getting ready (haha). And it’s very affordable.
