Safe, Natural Crayons I Feel Good Letting My Kids Use
Love them! The colors are bright, they draw smoothly, and they donโt break easily. Great quality and perfect for little hands.

Good purchase for kids
my son loves it!!! Very easy to use for a toddler. He kept drawing with them. Colors are good, and high quality. He is too young, so love to threw things around, and the crayons are still good.

Perfect for Babies and Toddlers
I purchased these for my daughter when she was 13 months old, and she loves them! They're easy for her to grip, and the colors are very pretty. They smell nice, and it gives me peace of mind to know they're made with natural, kid-safe ingredients. I always watch her to make sure she doesn't put them in her mouth, but it's comforting to know they're non-toxic if she ever does try to take a bite. The box they come in is compact enough to easily toss into her diaper bag and take to-go. Highly recommend!

The best toddler crayons!
I love these! I bought these crayons when my daughter was around 18 months old so that I could introduce coloring to her. I really liked that these crayons were made from beeswax in case she tried to put them in her mouth, as most toddlers try to put everything in their mouthes. I did not expect these to smell so GOOD! Lol. I should have known that they would smell sweet like honey, given that they are made from beeswax, but it was a pleasant bonus. They color well! I really like that they are thick and short, which makes them great for introducing them to younger toddlers. I am giving them 4/10 because while they are suitable for an easy grip of use, they are also very flat and wide at the bottom, and my daughter would only try to stand them up like blocks every time I tried to get her to color for the longest time. She has had them for about a year now, and they have held up great. She does use them correctly now (most of the time.. LOL!). Also, I do wish that the product was a little more affordable since you only get 10 in a package, and they are short. However, I believe they come from Australia (?) and I understand why they cost more than standard crayons. I think the price is worth it for added safety โ from a toddler momโs perspective.

Great first crayons
These are great first crayons. Our one year old is able to hold them and get color on paper with minimal pressure. They also hold up will to the toughness of tiny hands. Would recommend.

(Mostly) perfect for my one year old
Got these crayons for little man. He just turned one and I'm trying to teach him how to color, even though he's still insistent that crayons are for eating. I get to do most of the actual coloring and I love the vibrancy of these crayons! They also smell so pleasant that they are a pleasure to use. Honestly, I'm not super into the organic lifestyle although I do buy organic when and where I can so it's a nice bonus to find crayons like these. These crayons put my mind at ease, for sure, especially when little dude decides to think of them as honey candy sticks. I thought they would be a bit longer but it turns out that they are just the right size for him, not the right size for mommy :( I'm going to have to get a set of the thin ones for myself and by golly, I will! That's how much I like them. I've really never seen such vibrant colors. If you look at the page in the pictures you will see that some areas are a dull color and some are a rich color. The areas shaded in rich colors are the ones with the honeysticks and the areas colored less brightly are colored with regular crayons. Maybe it's just me and my over-excitement about these crayons but I'm pretty sure there is a difference. They are a bit pricey but ultimately worth it because so far it's kind of impossible to break them, which makes them totally worth their price. You only need to buy one set. Unless you're like me and you're going to buy a second set for yourself, that is... Do they make these for actual adults? I found that coloring is therapeutic... just not when you are sharing your art space with a one year old who doesn't like to share his crayons and keeps trying to eat the very one you are coloring with.

Preferred Crayola
While there is much to like: the easy grasp, the pleasant scent, and the natural ingredients, my toddler ultimately decided that she preferred Crayola more. Crayola has much to like as well: easy to wipe off, bolder colors, and much more affordable. I reached out to the company and asked if it was normal for the colors produced by these crayons to be faded looking, and all they offered as a solution was their 100% money back guarantee which I could claim through Amazon returns. That was disappointing. I decided to keep them because returning it would feel like returning an apple with a chunk bitten off - it just doesn't feel right to me. It was a bad purchase and I own that decision. We still break these out once a week because my toddler enjoys taking them out of the box and rolling them around, but we stick with Crayola if our intent is to put color on something. I actually offered a sheet of paper to color on when we took these out today and she shook her head and said no. Also, the only real negative that cannot be denied is that this product is such a pain to get out of the wood floor and walls. Crayola (the super washable, also nontoxic ones) wipes off really easily with a wet paper towel. As far as the color difference, if Crayola were acrylic paint, Honeysticks would be watercolors. While I admire the many strengths of this product, it simply wasn't a fit for me and my family. They sure do smell nice though.

Great starter crayons
So far so good! My little girl is only a year so I chose these because they seemed like a safe first choice! Pros: -I love that they are made with food grade pigment! My daughter already tried chewing on them and I didn't have to worry about toxic dyes -The size is easy for babies to hold onto and grab, they are durable enough to withstand a little bit of chewing too Con: -This likely is not problematic for older kids, but my daughter wasn't pushing hard enough so the color did not transfer well onto the paper. -It was a bit harder to tell which color was which for a few because the crayons are a bit darker than they appear on paper Overall, they feel okay and for me the real selling point was not having to worry if my daughter tried chewing on them. Cons are such small issues that I still gladly give these 5 stars
