I am inclined to believe that this bag can hold up to 200 pounds of water. I think this way because I installed a punching bag holder on what I suspected was termite damaged boards, but had little other choice in the garage. I hung the empty bag by the included chains and began filling it with water (it includes an unusual but effective way to transfer water to the bag, I just took some 1/4" irrigation tubing and step down heads, attached them to my hose, shoved them into the water inlet/outlet port near the hanging hole). Near the end, just as it was looking full, it started pulling down on the suspension kit, my partner unhooked the carabiners from the eyelet, and I did my best to let this thing down slowly, but it felt like holding a strongman boulder up, but much less stable, it went rolling off to the floor quickly. I'll have to come up with a different solution to hold it, but before it fell, I got plenty of hits into this thing, and it is plenty sturdy, you'd have to be a truly superhuman athlete purposefully trying to rip a hole in this, everything else just bounces right off. Not only is this excellent quality, but the price is lower than a lot of competition at 120USD. Easily the best and most fulfilling punching bag experience I've had yet.

Contacted amazon and the manufacturer multiple times have not heard back from the retailer. Had water damage two rooms that cost thousands of dollars to repair. do not buy this product, said that the company never responded.

Heard about water-filling punching bag a few years back, finally have a chance to own one. Initially worried about its durability, and afraid it would fall like a water drop as it shaped. when filled it with tab water and hang on the hook, thowed few punches and kicks to it, I can tell this brand is serious about their product, I can feel the quality thru punches and kicks, and I am confident that would last for years. Resonse from liquid is distinct from sand, feels like whipping on the skin, in another word, slapping. Didn't take long for me to get used to it, I personally love liquid over sand. Uniform weight distribution and concentrated weights.

Decent aqua bag, no issues with the one we received. The vinyl material is quite strong, even around the top where the carabiner attaches.

This Aqua punching bag is awesome! It is an amazing design, and I absolutely love the fact that they made it at this size, because I thought most of it was for only 100 pounds plus. It does take a bit of proper setup, but once you have it up, it is 100% worth it. It is so fun to use, Although I will say it does feel a little thin when it comes to the bag portion, but unless you are very strong or a professional fighter, this is perfect for you, thank you!
