Cogwheel worn out
Is there a way to fix the cogwheel? My son really loves his web shooter and he’s upset that it won’t retract anymore. Everything else is perfect it’s just the cogwheel.

Son loved it. The string became tangled after a few uses. He is very disappointed. Buy something else!!!

Works well, kind of fragile
Overpriced, fair quality (had to take it apart a couple times to fix the gears and string). Looks cool and my kid likes it. The motor and gear assembly are quite small and probably won't hold up to a lot of heavy pulling

Need solution for return
My grandson was disappointed at the short time this toy worked. After making sure it was charged he played with it but after that first day the string would not retract

This works great, very happy with it
This is great, works well. at some point, the batter will run out, but i read some bad reviews and wasnt expecting it to be as good as it is. my son isnt going to own this for the rest of his life, but he's had a lot of fun using it for the week or so he's had it.

Crap don’t buy
My son wanted this for his birthday, he was so excited and couldn’t wait to get it. This is so trash, first thing, it comes with a little screw driver , that screw driver doesn’t unscrew the screws at all, it’s almost like it’s used and someone dug out the screws and it’s too loose to grip. Then the screw driver it came with broke. It’s such a waste of money, my son is so disappointed.

Kids love it!!
Great item for Spidey fans. Works great! Can shoot approximately 8ft. Bought for my grandson (4yr old), he loves it… my daughter… not so much. She says it’s an outdoor toy as not compatible with windows & TV screens.

Easy to deploy. Hander to reset.
My son loves playing with this and loves that there are 2 attachments that he can switch out. The glove is awesome too to help him feel more like Spiderman. It's sometimes harder to push back in to reset it though
