Packing and Product Quality
The product quality is excellent, but the packaging was disappointing. As shown in the video, the box arrived damaged, and the golden wrapping paper was loosely applied and easily removable. This raises concerns that the product may have been opened prior to delivery.

Late delivered
Very slow delivery and not at all customer friendly service by Nilini. I was suppose to get my product from 10am to 2pm slot but yet its not even out for delivery. No where the Nilini product is delivered in proper manner. I have ordered 3 box of hair color but it got delayed by day. Not at all for online customer who rely on time delivery.
