Tasty tinned salmon. The lemon flavor is strong but not overwhelming. I use it in ramen and stir fry dishes altho itd probably be good with some mayo on bread too

Light with a mild flavor
Upon opening the tin, one can smell both the salmon and lemon, but pleasantly so. The texture is as expected for canned fish. IMO, indistinguishable from tuna. The taste of the salmon itself is mild with the lemon clearly evident in the aftertaste, making for a light flavor profile.
