Fig Like
Really lite snack and kind of expensive but they are good. They taste a lot like figs which I love. I will probably buy them again in the future but might try the green ones first.

Probably as good as it could be
Taste is fine though they're pretty small. The pancake part is a bit sticky and the texture is a little weird, but I think that's just what happens when you put a sweet not-shoer-dry bread in a package, I've had the same offness in shelf stable waffles from good stores. I like these occasionally enough that making them is not worth it and buying fresh is not possible for me so I'd rebuy for sure.

Super moist and fresh as dew on hotsutsuji petals
Each individually wrapped pancake has a little oxygen absorber tab in it which works to keep the snack fresh and moist. The pancake is not too sweet. The red bean paste in the middle provides the sweetness, but not in a cloying way. One makes a great snack. Get Chef Mike to heat you up three of them (30 seconds on high separated; not stacked) put a dab of butter on two of them, stack and pour a little syrup over them. Or, if you're adventurous, use a little Mike's Hot Honey. Then a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Voila!

Iโll buy again and again.
Tasty kawaii size doroyaki. Not expired, not too sweet, good texture and enough red bean paste to taste like the real thing. Not as good as those I bought fresh from my trip to Japan or Hawaii, but itโs the next best thing.

Tasty, fresh and interesting
The package arrived in great condition, the little filled pancakes are fresh and soft. The filling is a little sweeter than I expected but still very good. They smell like pancakes. No fancy wrapping, just practical. Usually I am not a fan of extra wrapping because of the amount of waste it creates, but as a rare treat these are ok. I will buy them again, but not often.
