This product has no resemblance to an 'egg' substitute whatsoever! I followed the instructions carefully and the result was a tasteless 'pancake' style mess in my pan! I could not eat more than a couple of pieces that I tried to make an attempt with. I may try it with lemon and sugar as I would eat a pancake to see if I can find it at all edible that way and not have wasted my money! If you want a runny 'Boiled Egg yolk' Try Vegg! I have used this product for many years now and it is delicious. I certainly cannot recommend this Nomelette powder for any reason!

Not managed to make an omelette yet, but I make scrummy scrambled egg! Slightly acquired taste but fun to cook and great to eat.

Their heart is in the right place with this product but as someone who can eat eggs but wants to eat less I know what an omelette tastes like. This doesn't taste too bad but it has none of the light and fluffy texture that makes an omelette such a treat.Maybe a good standby in the cupboard if a vegan friend comes round and you're short on ideas

This is amazing, it is the closest thing to a real egg omelette I have seen. A very good friend of mine is vegan and when she is visiting, I make a vegan meal for all of us as it is easier than cooking separate items and it also means I won’t accidently use the wrong spoons etc. I tried this Nomlette powder today and found it extremely quick and easy to use. It mixes without clumping; I used olive oil. I had no spinach, but I did have mushrooms and tomatoes which resulted in a delicious omelette. The texture is a little smoother than with real eggs, but it isn’t far off and the flavour is excellent.
