I picked up the NumNum Baby Spoons Set (GOOtensils), and they’ve honestly been a game changer for introducing self-feeding. What makes these different from regular baby spoons is the flat, pre-spoon design. There’s no scooping or balancing involved—baby can just dip and bring it to their mouth. It really takes the frustration out of those early feeding stages and makes it easier for little ones to learn independently. The two-stage concept is also super helpful, since one works better for purees while the other handles thicker foods as they progress. The silicone material feels high quality and safe, and I like that it’s BPA-, PVC-, and phthalate-free. It’s soft enough for teething gums but still sturdy enough that it doesn’t flop around like some other silicone spoons. () Another big plus is the ergonomic handle—it’s thick and easy for tiny hands to grip, and there’s really no “wrong way” to hold it, which is perfect for beginners. Cleaning is easy too; they rinse off quickly and hold up well in the dishwasher. If I had to mention a downside, it’s that these don’t hold as much food as a traditional spoon, so you may need to reload more often. These spoons made starting solids and self-feeding so much easier for us! The flat design is perfect for little hands since there’s really no “wrong” way for baby to hold them. These spoons are great for bay. Good quality stable spoons. You won’t have to worry about putting too much on the spoon with the holes in the. They are dishwasher safe they are a fun size and baby will enjoy using them. The appearance is appealing to baby. Good value for the money.

Our 4 month old loves these!!! He gets so excited to use them to try new foods! They’re perfect for chubby little hands and having 3 in a pack in genius, one for each hand and then one to trade with. They’ve definitely helped him figure out how to use his tongue to get food off of the spoons. He also really likes to look at the bright colors.

My 4 1/2 month old loved these out of the box. Got them to start pre feeding and I'll use them to introduce solids in a few weeks. Easy to hold and nice colors.

Overall we LOVE these spoons. I will say I’ve noticed though that sometimes I think there’s either mold or food that can get stuck in the crevices around the handle. I just use my nail and get it out.

Great first spoon when introducing purées to baby! My son loved them and would also bite on them like a tether. Handle is small but perfect for baby to hold themselves. Super easy to wash. The middle is rubbery. Look just like the photos! No staining has occurred from food.

Great quality, worked great, easiest thing to do and now I can focus on other aspects for starting solids for my baby.

Empezamos sólidos y mi bebé de 6 meses fue muy feliz comiendo con estas cucharas. Primero intentamos cuchara normal de silicona pero, al menos para esta primer etapa, disfrutó mucho más comer con las num num, son unas cucharas muy intuitivas para ellos. Las recomiendo 10/10

My baby girl loves using these during baby led weaning and has done so since she was 6 months old! It’s easy to use, easy to clean (I usually just place it in the dishwasher) and made of safe material which I love. It’s excellent for her tiny hands as it’s not too big and she’s able to practice holding utensils. 100% worth the price!
