I have ordered several mugs and I am very pleased with the items I purchased. They ranged from a simple name to a more personalised item that has more meaning to the person receiving the mug. ( I had a mug personalised for myself, just couldn’t resist.) very good value in my opinion

I was happy with it, both quality and price. However, I ordered 2 and I only received one. I would have much preferred to receive the other one rather than seeking for a refund!

I'm so disappointed with the mugs I ordered, they look really cheap, not worth the £8.99 paid, these were a presents for Christmas but I'm so disappointed with them and ashamed to give them as a gift!!!

The product is great but why was the packet left outside in the rain when I was at home waiting for it to arrive Ps they did not knock the door Regards Peter
