Not just a game camera, but a fantastic security option
we live in the country, down in a valley, our internet service is through a hot spot, so no hoe security camera options. This is the best security option for us and the only issue we have, are our 7 guardian dogs on lazy days hanging around one of the camera's. We ordered 3. Just wish they could somehow be on our cell carrier bill as we have the same carrier as the camera's

Right on!
I can sit in Colorado and get pics on our property in Montana! Works great with our AT&T.

Awesome camera
Takes great pictures. Plans are reasonable. Had to adjust sensitivity, but you can do that remotely. Highly recommend. We will be getting another.

Tried it. Didn’t love it. I returned it.
So I am new to trail cams. This is the first one I have purchased and I wanted to try it out to see If it would work for me.I installed the SD card and the Sim card, put it on a tree in my backyard, and proceeded to mark off the distance of 80 feet, which is what it’s rated for. I have pictures here of my daughter helping me. The first box is 25 feet, the second is 50 feet, the third is 75 feet, and then there’s another box 5 feet past that. The main thing that I saw was that it was constantly triggered by something. But there was rarely some thing in the picture. I’m guessing it was a bird swooping through or something. When it detected people, it only took a picture at intervals… Which I expected… But often times it did not pick up the person until they were well past where it should’ve picked up. Also, at night the visibility is much more poor. And I would say you’d have to be within 25 feet – the first box – to really see much of anything. Certainly past 50 feet. It’s almost dark.I learned that what I really want is a cellular security camera. I want to be able to check on property and pull up the location and look at it whenever I wanted to. Also, the security cameras that are out there let you pan left and right up and down and zoom in. Which is more of what I want. This trail cam and others like it generally take a photo and send it to you. You can’t initiate the Photos either. You can pay for a video plan in addition to the photo plan, but they say that that really drains the battery. So in the end, I returned it and have gone another way.One more thing… It took 153 pictures in three days. So paying for a plan with 250 pictures would never work… I still don’t really know what triggered it to take the pictures because like I said, there was never an animal in it and rarely a person in the pictures. I also wouldn’t think that any of the trees would move enough for it to trigger it, but I really don’t know. And I’m pretty sure of a messed around with it’s sensitivity also.

Game Camera
The solar works well and the camera holds up well! The night vision isn’t that great with pictures and a lot of daytime pictures are blurry! Walked past my camera twice going into stand and out and it never took my picture!
