Toufayan Bakeries Authentic Lavash Bread – Traditional Hand-Stretched Thin Flatbread, 3 Pack (18 Total Lavash), Vegan

I never thought I'd order bread from amazon but welcome to 2025. Someone bought this brand of lavash (relatively) locally and it made me want find a more direct or close location. I discovered the amazon listing. It came in a box with information on storage and how to read the date code. This is in every order it seems. Even the box has the company name on it. So essentially, the company cares about quality. I eventually started a subscription. The lavash is very fresh in every order (so far). I was very skeptical but the local options are extremely limited. This is better than most "fresh" lavash options from local grocers in the LA area, which has a huge Armenian population, or NY/NJ area, which has a lot of Turks. Its firm enough to use as a wrap, which needs to be said because some brands even when fresh will either flake or rip. It tastes good and has the freshness texture rare from many local places that sell freshly baked. Its not cheap but I dont mind paying extra to make a bready part of my meal better. I hope this partnership with amazon works out because local options csnt compare in quality or even freshness.

Very thin and tear easily. I use two to make a great flat bread which has a nice crispy crust. The brand makes nice quality bread items so I felt these were a good choice for our needs. There are several in the package and with the 3 packages I feel they will last a long time. I freeze them and just take out what’s needed.

This is the bread that my grandmother used to serve for Sunday dinner I was very young, but I ate a lot of. Kibbeh with it and it brought back some great memories when I made kibbeh for my family where is the call at Arabic bread it is very good and if you follow the package and freeze it, you can have the bread you love for a year

This is the most delicious thing I have had!. It’s good for all the dishes- sweet or sour or salty.

Great bread by way too expensive. 4 times the price it should be.
