Good performance at a great price
I got this phone for my dad after he dropped his Galaxy Note 9 onto tile from the second floor—I currently use a OnePlus 8T, previously owned a OnePlus 5T, and I'm extremely clumsy with my phone, so I recommended OnePlus to him since they've worked great for me for years. He loves the phone, it's nice and responsive and a similar size to his old phone. It was very easy to migrate all of his accounts and apps over from the Samsung phone. We also had no problems activating it on our MVNO, US Mobile.Likely not a phone for "power users" but a fantastic choice for anyone who just needs to take calls, write texts, watch YouTube videos, play music in the car, look stuff up on google, etc.

No that good
I have this phone for the past 5 months and it was good but lately it's been making a weird noises out of nowhere when nothing it's playing, and now I cant use the finger print I don't know why but don't read it anymore and it's annoying.

No better phone available for the money
This phone is absolutely amazing. The design is ahead of everyone else and the build quality is great. It's also a US company and it's very innovative with its features. It's actually worth more than the 200 ish price point at least this one was sold as a refurbished but you couldn't tell it was refurbished at all.I just love this phone. And I've had every brand you can have over the last 30 years except for iPhone because I despise the greedy corporate ruthless entity that is Apple.

Amazing Condition for a Refurbed Phone But the Seller Omitted One Thing...
I rarely get new phones. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I took immaculate care of it. There was nothing wrong with it, it still purred like a kitten even after 5-6 years of use. The battery was still in great shape and everything. However I was changing cell providers and my S9+ didn't support 5G so I did a lot of shopping around and settled on the OnePlus Nord N30 5G. I think it's a touch overpriced for a new one but the price for a refurbed one was much better. Sellers on Amazon actually wanted $50 more than the cell provider did to buy a brand new one but buying refurbed saved me $100 off the price of a new one on Amazon ($50 off the price of a new one from the cell provider). The refurbed phone is in excellent shape. Whoever refurbished this phone certainly knows their stuff. The face recognition and fingerprint reader work great. It takes good photos if you're in the right light. The camera lacks a little bit in darker environments and situations with a lot of movement in the shot. I do like that it offers the ability to allocate 8GB of storage to RAM. Instead of the 8GB built in, I'm actually using 16GB by allotting an extra 8GB from storage. Granted using storage as RAM won't be quite as fast as dedicated RAM but it definitely helps make the phone more responsive. Personally, I like this phone more than my old S9+ after getting used to it. The OxygenOS is pretty nice; it has some nice features and additions that don't come in a stock Android build. OxygenOS is pretty light on resources too which is nice. The battery life is pretty good. It offers battery saving mode and a super battery saving mode.I don't recommend using the super battery saving mode. It changes the whole phone and UI into something horrendous. The battery seems to discharge faster than my S9+ did during usage however it really holds a charge well when sitting idle.Overall this is a great phone at a decent but not great price (if you are buying new). In my opinion the refurbished price is much closer to what the MSRP on this phone should be but like I mentioned, the refurbished one is as good-as-new in my eyes so I'm satisfied with what I paid for it.The seller did provide a Samsung brand charger and USB-A to USB-C cable. However that's my only gripe with buying used/refurbished. To fully take advantage of how fast this phone can charge, you need OnePlus' "warp charger." It does charge pretty quickly on the Samsung charger they sent but not nearly as fast as advertised. I ordered a replacement OnePlus charger from Amazon so I can take advantage of the high-speed charging capabilities of this phone (waiting for it to arrive). Had they provided the actual OnePlus charger, this would have been a 5-star review. The 1-star deduction is more directed at the seller than the item.UPDATE: I just read a review from another user that stated the phone does not work on T-Mobile's network. I'm not sure why it didn't work for them but I'm using the phone on T-Mobile's network just fine. This phone supports CDMA and GSM so it should work on virtually any network in the U. S. as it is fully unlocked.

PHONE CAN'T BE ACTIVATED. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
It can't be activated on any network. I was basically screwed. My service provider says there's something wrong with thw imei number. If you look up the sellers name on Google you'll see what I'm talking about. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!

Works fine for me. IMIE was not blacklisted. And was not carrier locked
So far the phone is exactly as advertised. It was truly unblocked. And the IMIE was not blacklisted anywhere (yet). Ill update this if it ever does. Mine looked practically brand new. The only thing I noticed was the vibrator motor is a very small bit scratchy sounding, but that could be what they sound like from stock, hard to tell. I'm using it with a T-Mobile sim an everything seems to be working fine including 5G data. The Battery life does feel a bit low as if its draining much faster then it should, but again It's hard for me to tell without doing a bunch of drain tests which I do not own the equipment for doing it properly. The software reports 100% battery life (basically saying it has the same battery capacity as the listed mAh for a new battery.)The screen was very blue shifted from any of my other devices. Once again, I don't have a way of knowing if this is normal for this phone. The color can be adjusted in the settings to have a higher color temperature anyways, so it is not a big deal.

Carrier Claims It's Locked
Metro by T-Mobile is claiming the phone I ordered is not in fact unlocked as the seller claims. I've just ordered another and will update my review when I receive it. Except for the fact that I have no service, the phone is in pristine condition, very clean, seems to run much smoother and faster than my N10. I'm not happy with all the trouble I've had so far and a week without a working phone so hopefully the replacement works out.
