Not sturdy for heavier/larger phones

Keeps falling off dashboard
Doesn’t stay on dashboard!! So frustrating! It’s an awesome product otherwise, holds the phone and easy to adjust, but the mount uses a sticky pad to adhere to the dashboard and it will not stay put! It keeps pulling loose and falling off. Since this is the main function I rated it low to warn others. I have to buy a different kind of mount, very disappointed.

No longer works
Suction power was alright. It would fall off windshield over night or on a hot day. Now the extendable piece and the button in the back no longer work. You have to pry your phone in and out. No longer worth using.

Not sleek nor functional enough
Bulky and feels kind of cheap (the plastic mechanisms click loudly and abruptly). I don't use it much because it can't hold any phone with a case that isn't super slim. I wish the bottom 2 prongs were adjustable for thicker phones and cases. So it is now an eye sore.

came across that sticks to the dash as it sticks
I loved the movement that the mount could do but the only thing that I didn’t like is that there a screw that holds the arm to the mount cup and that keeps coming unscrewed and the screw is so small and easy lost but other then that great mount

Worked great until is fell.
I had this mount for couple months now. It was working great until recently. I think all the summer heat where i live made the suction loose its grip. Once it fel down once, it kelt falling even when i added some water to make it sticky again. I just wish it had happen earlier when i can still be able to return it.

It keeps falling off the dashboard because of weak Suction cup.
After I saw all those great reviews about this product I ordered one and very excited to put it on the dashboard, followed the picture instruction and pull down the pressure button, whala! a good looking product that holds the phone tightly with suction sticks real good until I came back to my car half hr later to find the whole thing on the floor with one of the bottom phone holders broke off. I put it back on the dashboard still holds the phone and made sure it’s sticks real good on the dashboard and left it overnight to find it on the floor the next morning. It’s very disappointing to say the least.

Cannot assemble the phone holder piece onto the ball joint. Need help.
I need help figuring out how to get the phone holder part to snap onto to ball joint. No directions came in the box and it doesn't snap on easily. The ball seems too big for the part it attaches to. Please respond from the manufacturer or I will have to return the item. Thanks.
