I was going on holiday to San Francisco, and after reviewing my current mobile providers roaming charges, I was looking for a more cost effective option for mobile data and calls back home to the UK. This is the best sim deal I found. 9gb of 5g data and wait for it, unlimited calls back to the UK. I put the sim card into my phone at San Francisco airport, and it worked with no problems. It's important that you follow the instructions that are sent with the sim card. Register the sim card at the on line address and put the date that you will be travelling to the USA and the date you will be traveling back home. Follow these instructions and everything will run smoothly. The phone you use for the sim card should be sim free - not locked to a network. This sim card saved me a lot of money. I would certainly buy this again if I was travelling back to the USA.

Bought this to use on holiday in USA. Registration etc all worked fine & I used my iPhones IMEI reference . Once in USA it would not work. Contacted customer services to be told, bluntly, that my iPhone SE was not compatible - why on earth this was not indicated before hand i have no idea. So I was left without any phone service. Highly annoying & a waste of £25!! I contacted them on return to just be told “not compatible” no recourse at all. Crap! There was no indication that it would not work .

Easy to set up. No issues with calling home. Would buy again.

I purchased one of these SIM cards for a trip to America. I was a bit worried whether it would work it not but it worked really well. When I received the SIM card I set it up online to start the day before I was due to arrive in America, as per the instructions. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. When I arrived in my hotel I put the SIM card into my phone and straight away received the text with the internet settings, installed them and my data worked! I had good signal and fast data pretty much wherever I went. I would definitely buy another if I was going to America again. I used this in a Samsung S22 and was able to change my settings to use the data from this SIM card in my second SIM slot, whilst keeping my UK SIM in the first slot.

Firstly - I only gave this 1 star because Amazon insist you allocate a star before you can give any feedback. I would have given it zero stars! I bought this for a USA river cruise holiday (with a couple of days in hotels at each end) - but wanted to stay in touch with a UK friend who was dying from pancreatic cancer. I went through the activation process, and got the requisite email. BUT, it didn't work. The SIM card provided no mobile/data coverage whatsoever. I contacted the technical support - initially on the website, and then via chat - using ship and hotel WiFi. The diagnostic activity included: turn the phone off and back on; take the SIM card out and put it back in; as well as asking me to send screenshots of the various settings screens - to confirm I wasn't doing anything stupid. My friend died without me being able to call him. To rub salt in the wound, my wife had a fall towards the end of the holiday (breaking her leg in 2 places), and I needed to call the cruise company, airlines and insurance company - all of which I had to do using expensive hotel phones. My suggestion, based on our experience, is don't waste your money on this product.

This card works on a honor magic 6 lite mobile phone, the tsim team didn't know if it would work but it did. It's great for having data, the only drawback was that I kept getting phone calls from American businesses trying to offer you something. Just make sure you activate it before travelling, so that it works when you land, but if you have any problems, the tsim team are very helpful and will try and solve any issues you may have with the sim card.

Excellent Sim card. Our phones don't support estimate so a great alternative solution. Have bought and used the same US Sim card for the past 3 years with no problems. Just ensure you read the instructions carefully and activate the card before you go.

...it was very often loosing the connection to the network, and then reconnecting. In one section of browsing the internet for about 10 minutes, it was disconnecting and reconnecting for 2 to three times, even though I was in an area well covered. I tried to change from sim card one to sim card two position, but nothing improved. They suggest to put it on sim card one slot. The positive thing is that it worked as soon as I landed in the USA, so I did not need to stop to any store to buy a local sim card. And at the end it is as well a cheaper option than a local sim card.

We used this SIM in Los Angles are and Las Vegas and we had good coverage everywhere. The calling was not going through sometimes so we called digitally to friends as all those apps works fine and the sound is actually better than calling traditionally. Update since we purchased a new SIM for our second trip: Data coverage is good and speed is ok but this time calls did not go through at all so for "old people" that wants to call to a number this SIM can't be used.

Nessun problema di utilizzo a Houston ed in giro per il Texas. Forse in alcuni casi la connessione internet non è velocissima ma sono sempre riuscito ad utilizzare senza problemi il navigatore ed era la mia esigenza principale

Einfach an die Gebrauchsanweisung halten und alles läuft: vor dem Flug online aktiviert, im Flugzeug eingelegt, auf dem Flughafen Smartphone eingeschaltet, nach wenigen Minuten liefen mobile Daten und Telefonie. In den USA kaum Empfangsprobleme, gute Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit.
