The Drill Machine impresses with its robust motor, effortlessly tackling various drilling tasks. Its durable build withstands accidental drops, showcasing reliability. Overall, it's a dependable tool for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike, offering solid performance at a reasonable price.

Works as it should

We ordered this drill to have as a backup for our power tools at home. This one goes in our camp trailer though I (the husband) often use it instead of our drill at home too. I've used it around the house, working on the car, and its great to have in our camper.I thought it would be a quasi decent tool but I'm actually really impressed with the quality and feel of it. All the accessories that come with it are a huge bonus (I love the bendable attachment for going around corners and tight spaces).The battery is amazing...so amazing I lost the charger since I don't have to use it often. Since I couldn't find a replacement I contacted the company and they were happy to help me out with ordering a replacement. I won't shout out the reps name but I hope she knows how wonderful I think she is and reads this!You can't beat the price with the quality and utility this thing offers and the fact its a 21v at this price (batteries alone can cost more than this) its a steal!!!Also love the way it looks. I'm a sucker for cool looking toys...er tools!Great products at a low price aren't the norm nowadays. Great products at a high price are becoming rare too so this drill is a rare find in my opinion. I initially purchased the GardenJoy 21V Cordless Power Drill for $35.99, expecting it to be a reliable backup tool for occasional household tasks. Like many people, I only use a drill every few months, so I was hoping this one would last for a while. Unfortunately, my first experience with this product was quite disappointing.After using the drill just 4-5 times over a few months, the battery completely died. I assumed it simply needed a recharge, so I plugged it in overnight, only to find that it lasted just a few seconds before dying again. Thinking the charger might be faulty, I bought a replacement charger and tried again, but the battery still failed to hold a charge. At that point, it was clear the battery was defective.I contacted customer support, and although their initial suggestion was to buy a new battery (which cost almost as much as the drill itself), they quickly responded when I expressed my dissatisfaction. To my surprise, they didn’t just replace the battery—they sent me an entirely new drill set at no additional cost.While my initial experience with the drill was frustrating, I have to commend GardenJoy for their excellent customer support. They acted swiftly to resolve the issue, and I truly appreciate that they went above and beyond by sending a full replacement. Based on their quick and thoughtful response, I’m now happy to give them 5 stars.Overall, while the drill may not have worked perfectly out of the box, the company's strong customer service more than made up for it. I hope the replacement works as expected, and I’m glad to have been taken care of so well.

I abused this little thing and its stillworking , not the most powerful drill , it is good for light work , but it works well for what i need it for

I purchased this drill because I was in need of replacing my old one. This one seemed budget-friendly yet highly rated. I don't suppose anybody has ever had theirs drop to the floor off of a coffee table. It snapped in two only the third time I used it. And I wasn't rough on it. Now what am I to do with this? I don't know of any tool that has had such a poor quality housing. After all tools are supposed to be able to take a minor amount of abuse. This one worked well but the housing is gutless and know I have a piece of garbage that cost me upwards of $60 total. Sigh 😞Edit: I was contacted by customer service they gave me a complete refund and replaced the drill at no cost for the inconvenience so I'm going to give them another try. It's quite possible that it broke to manufacturer defect.
