These cups are THE BEST. We purchased Munchkin straw sippy cups and they were terrible, leaked constantly! Since purchasing these we have not had a single leak, washed in the dishwasher multiple times and still great.

My top essential features for a sippy straw bottle for my 14 month old was #1 it needs to be leak proof. Which this sippy has proved to be! Took his sippy along during our playground outing and anywhere he left his cup at, there wasn’t any milk leaking from it, even after we came home and he would leave on the bed, no leakage! Then #2 Must be easy to clean with minimal parts. When I take it apart to clean (lid & straw itself) only two parts need to be cleaned at the end of the day. It was easy to take them apart and place them back in- however I wasn’t too sure if to pull the weighted part off from the flexible straw, I decided not to, so it seems to me that the pieces (weight & flex straw) would be difficult to put back on because it has a tight seal when I pull at it . I also purchased the recommended straw cleaner “keys” for this brand bottle and that was nice to have on hand to get the job done. My last feature for a sippy right for us is #4 Lid that is built in. I lose bottle lids all the time so when my little man was ready for a sippy, I wanted a lid that wasn’t separate from the cup. which this sippy is just right for us, the lid easily snaps close when he’s no longer using his sippy during the day and it stays snapped in so that he also doesn’t play with his sippy. Overall I am glad to have give this sippy straw a try. the weighted feature at the end of the flexible part of the straw is a bonus feature for us. He can lay down and drink his sippy without fussing that it either spills or that he can’t get his drink out from a laying position or side position. the weight definitely does it’s job in always keeping the flexible straw positioned to where it needs to be for the milk or juice to get to my baby’s thirst quenched :). Like I mentioned before, if the bottle gets washed at the end of its use or end of day, you only really need to separate the lid & pull out the straw from the lid to clean it. two pieces to clean! if your a mom that collects bottles in the sink from several nights, there probably will be build up around the silicone ring seal that’s within the rings of the bottle lid. Also being a full time glass bottle type of mom and transitioning to a non glass bottle, anyone who collects bottles from several nights will also deal with residue smell and the bottle itself along with the straw might deteriorate or stain faster.

Previous Concerns: In my previous review, I had mentioned that the b.box Sippy Cup was lovely but prone to breaking. I like that these dont leak as long as the rubber part is pushed in at the top. The only thing I dont like is if they're dropped the cover that moves over the straw breaks off really easily. I have 3 and they've all broken off within a couple drops off the highchair. Other than that it works well and the straw is weighted so it stays down!

Easy for my child to use and drink out of. We started with the honey bear and transitioned to this one, it took a day or two but they got it pretty fast. No leak lid and easy to clean. Only thing is you need to make sure and clean the straw good

We've used multiple cups like these for our littles over the years. I loved the size of these and the shape of the handles. Also the fact that they came in purple was a plus for me. Our 11 month old took to these types of cups quickly and can easily hold it and toss it around. They don't spill even without the lid piece slid over top. However, one of the biggest draws for these types of cups is the weighted straw, no matter which way the cup is held the straw should stay in the liquid. With this cup the middle is thinner and the weight gets stuck at the bottom even if the cup is held completely upside down and has to be shaken pretty hard to get it to flip. This has resulted in our baby getting hiccups a lot from sucking in air when her cup isn't completely full. They're also not easy to clean and didnt come with a straw cleaner like most other brands. Lastly - if you are flying with these or any other no spill straw cup - be absolutely positive you open the lid intermittently during the flight or it will pressurize and leak everywhere, OR once the straw is "opened" it will forcefully shoot water out.

This is my baby's favorite on the go water bottle. He like it so much. The straw is not easy to clean, but that is not a big problem to me.

Absolutely do not buy this cup. I had so many issues with this cup from the very beginning. Cup got mold around the gasket after 3 weeks, even though it’s cleaned and dried after every use. From the very beginning, I received a defective cup. The cup was broken so I had to return it and get a replacement. The replacement cup the straw was dirty and used. I contacted the company directly and they did agree to send me a new straw, reluctantly. It took about a month, and I had to follow up four times before they finally sent it, but I finally did receive a new straw. I’ve only been using the cup about three weeks, washing after each use with hot soapy water, and now I noticed there is mold. Just totally a horrible experience and I would not recommend this cup for your baby. I’ve been using the munchkin straw cup for a year and have had absolutely no issues it cleans fabulously.

J’ai acheté cette gourde pour mon enfant qui présente des troubles de l’oralité, et elle répond parfaitement à nos besoins. La paille permet un excellent positionnement de la langue, favorise une bonne aspiration et évite les mauvaises compensations (morsure de la paille, aspiration trop forte, posture incorrecte). La prise en main est facile, la gourde est étanche et l’enfant peut boire quel que soit l’angle, ce qui est un vrai plus au quotidien. Le débit est bien adapté, ni trop rapide ni trop lent, ce qui rassure l’enfant et l’aide à gagner en autonomie. Produit de très bonne qualité, facile à nettoyer et solide. Je recommande vivement aux parents d’enfants ayant des troubles de l’oralité ou suivant une rééducation orthophonique.

Meilleure gourde ! On peut la laisser à bébé pour qu’il boive quand il a envie, elle ne coule pas même si bébé la retourne dans tous les sens, et est facile à prendre avec leurs petites mains !
