These are really nice. However.. my review seems to be the only way to connect with Amazon. Their customer service number no longer works. So to you Amazon, i returned 2 items and you one marked for return. SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT PROVIDING A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER !!! I always thought your customer service was great, esp tech support but seems when you have a problem about something else you get nowhere. I returned the purple and white lavender flowers and you only have the purple marked for being returned.... I dropped both items off at UPS but you're saying I only dropped the purple off.. FIX THIS, NOW!!!! or i will seriously consider shopping elsewhere...to you folks out there that want a review of these flowers, they are lovely, i just got the wrong colors.Seeing how there doesn't seem to be a customer service person for my problem I had to put my gripe here in hopes that AMAZON will see and acknowledge the issue, but again, these flowers are very pretty and def worth buying...

I bought these for Dia de Los Muertos but they feel like paper. Better options out there.

I was surprised at the material that they’re made out of. I thought they were made out of paper but they’re not, they’re made out of something more sturdy.

Thyu are small.and anle.to.work with them better than the natural ones. We are putting them has decorations for Dia de los Muertos Altar

The media could not be loaded.  They’re okay, they look nice once put up but packaging was horrible and got all smushed, also they have fabric strings that fell over the place
