Hi, Yes. I am 14 weeks post op TT, Lipo 360 and DR. I still use my foam. I wear a T-shirt at night or tank top/spanks during the day, then add the foam at my abdomen and then add my binder. Yes!! Use this to control swelling.

I haven’t washed mine, but I was wondering the same thing. I may wash one and see what happens.
