Not knowing that you have to pay subscription to utilize their GPS instead of being Bluetooth to our wifi. Not worth it

Got for my Grandpa. Calling sos works great. Had my 12 year old fall off the couch to see if fall detection work and it did! Recommend for anyone who has a loved one who falls. Grandpa wouldn't use life alert because he don't want emergency personal there. It directly calls me!

Smart Idea and very similar to some of the other systems out there. I like the gps function though and It would be great for the elderly who suffer from alzheimers or dementia and tend to wander. It would definitely relieve some of the fear of a loved one getting lost. The service is not horribly expensive and definitely worth it for piece of mind, but may be a tad over priced for some on fixed incomes.I like the fact that the person wearing the device can hear you if activated and for those who DO get lost, the gps tracker will lead someone right to them quickly.this is a wonderful piece of mind device that WILL save lives.

Battery drains too fast

I recently purchased the Smartwatch for Seniors and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The watch boasts features such as health monitoring, an assistive speaker, and a phone medical alert system, all of which are crucial for seniors and their well-being. However, the reality of this watch is far from what is advertised.First and foremost, the connectivity of this watch is absolutely horrible. Despite having 4G LTE cellular service, the watch constantly loses service and struggles to stay connected to my phone. This makes it nearly impossible to use the watch for its intended purposes, such as making phone calls or receiving alerts. As a result, I do not feel confident in relying on this watch for emergencies.To make matters worse, the customer support for this product is extremely lacking. When I reached out for assistance with the connectivity issues, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. It is clear that the company does not prioritize helping their customers and resolving any issues they may have.Perhaps the most concerning aspect of this Smartwatch for Seniors is its unreliability. There have been multiple occasions where the watch has completely shut down or malfunctioned, leaving me without any means of communication. This is a major concern for seniors who may rely on this watch for their safety and well-being.Overall, I would not recommend this Smartwatch for Seniors to anyone. The connectivity issues, lack of support, and unreliability make it a poor choice for the elderly population. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and regret wasting my money on a product that does not live up to its promises. I hope others will steer clear of this product and opt for a more reliable and trustworthy option for their loved ones.

This is a great concept, and something a lot of families need. You do need the monthly plan to use it, but many people would pay for peace of mind about their elderly. But the problem is reliability. The watch itself feels fine, it's loud and does seem safely waterproof, and sturdy enough to wear all the time. But with the app, and actual functions of the watch, it's pretty difficult to use sometimes and seems to lose connection ever so often without reason. When you first set it up, or after fiddling with it a lot, you'll have it working fine, but when it actually comes time to use, sometimes it doesn't work, and that's very frustrating, especially when an elderly person is trying to use it and confused. The GPS is a fantastic idea, but did not work about one-third of the time it was tried. If the app and connection issues were solved, it would be a vital product, but for now, it's hard to recommend over other options to watch your loved ones.

We got this for my mom who is in her 90's and has diabetes as well. She can use it and it allows us to find her and get notified by her throughout the week.

This is a portly designed smart watch. It is a great concept and idea but it doesn’t work properly and the customer service is lacking in a big way. I would not buy again and I could not in good conscience recommend this product to anyone. It does not pair with current service. You have to purchase your own plan from the company and it doesn’t work properly.
