I tried to stick the adhesive to a slightly curved part of my dash which did not work and by the time I was done it was no longer sticky. Customer service got back to me pretty quickly and were happy to send a spare adhesive.As for the holder itself, I’ve tested it with my magsafe iPhone and can confirm the magnet is very strong. It’s easy to flex the arm to different angles but it’s stiff enough to stay put when driving. It also looks very nice.If they had included a spare adhesive in the original package it would be five stars.

It holds the phone very strong, but for some reason not sticking to the glass/ window screen very well.

This is great.The old review.Great for 3 months, then went floppy.“Stuck on 6 months ago. No problem getting it to stick after cleaning slightly curved near vertical surface. The sticker is still secure.However the quality of the hinges is poor. Over the last few months hinges have gone floppy and won’t keep the phone still. I only used it for a couple of hours each week at the most.

Simple to install and works great so far, the adhesive is holding well even with the weight of an iPhone on the holder while driving over speed bumps every day.
