We’ve had a very good experience with this OEM drum unit. After trying some off-brand options in the past that caused jamming issues, switching back to the original made a noticeable difference right away. Installation was simple, and since then it has worked flawlessly. Print quality is consistent, and we haven’t had any of the feeding or jamming problems we experienced with knock-off parts. It also lasts a long time, which helps justify the cost over time. It is a bit on the pricey side, but in our case, the reliability has been worth it. If you depend on your printer regularly and want to avoid unnecessary issues, sticking with the OEM drum is a safe choice.

I bought an original Brother so I would not have issues with printing and streaking. The print quality is great. Thus drum lasts for at least 12K pages. Very easy to install and reset. My off market toner fits just perfect with the name brand.

The Brother's toner drum works perfectly with the Brother's toner, but both are very expensive! I've used other brands and all fall short of the Brother's OEM drum and toner!

Super fast delivery but though the box stated it is compatible with my printer 2750, it is actually not compatible and my cover could not be closed when it is used.

Our old drum was worn out and printing out excess ink through every printing process. We learned it was the drum that needed to be replaced and looking at them full price they were like $140+, stumbled across this and it worked absolutely perfectly. Got rid of all the problems! Highly recommend this

Quedó perfecto en mi impresora

I have not put the unit in my machine yet as the one that came with the printer still has a few pages left. I don't see a problem with it as it is the original Brother product. I did see a cheaper knock off but did not buy it. I bought this unit here at Amazon as it was 25 dollars cheaper than buying it direct from Brother. Shop around folks.
