It's a good starting point!
Bought this as a new starter kit for my Daughter when all her makeup got ruined. My Daughters bathroom aquired a roof leak and after a Heavy rain storm her makeup got wet and ruined. My Daughter is a hard working young lady who spends much of her time concentrating on her family and trying to make ends meet. I found her quite upset and wondering how she would pay to replace her makeup. She said, "Dad..you don't understand it takes time to gather all this stuff and it is expensive". I decided I needed to do something to help her . I scoured Amazon and read Reviews trying to come up with a game plan. I settled on this kit and just added a couple of nice eye liner pens and a mascara brush to it. I know it is only a starting point with Basics, but seeing my Daughter Smile and sigh made it all worth it! hope this info helps a little.......
