Inflatable ring around top of pool is not air tight and deflates overnight. We come downstairs to a completely empty pool every morning as ring has collapsed and pool has dumped water. Thank goodness we’re not on a water meter.On contacting Bestway they, without any evidence (we still had the pool, they hadn't seen it), they suggested we had damaged it. They are bickering over £22! really, yet Bestway have a plethora of complaints about their quality control straight out of the factory.So if you cant afford a better pool you should expect it to deflate on the first day, leak and drain water for the next two days winding up your water bill and create a whole suite of problems that YOU will have to solve, like we dont have enough in our lives to solve and you still wont have a pool for the kids!

Great value for money but on opening found a hole in the bottom of the pool and then later discovered a puncture where it inflates. Contacted the seller and they were brilliant so cannot fault them and they sent me a full refund. Don’t be put off buying as this was probably just a one off.

After one use the inflatable ring has started to deflate, indicating a puncture somewhere. The pool was inflated twice and not been moved. It is still useable but requires inflating at least twice a day.

Nachdem der erste Bestway Pool, den ich kaufte, gleich nach dem Aufstellen überall Luft verlor und noch dazu irgendwo nicht dicht war, sandte ich den zurück und suchte einen anderen. Doch diesmal sollte er auch etwas größer sein. Doch wer die Wahl hat, hat die Qual, gerade auf Amazon.Hängen geblieben bin ich dann bei diesem Bestway Pool, weil man hier bis auf den oberen Ring auch nichts aufblasen muss. Und ich muss sagen, es war eine echt gute Wahl. Nicht nur vom Preis her sondern auch von der Qualität des Pools an sich. Die Qualität hier ist wirklich gut, der Pool sehr stabil.Nun gehen hier auch fast 3000 Liter Wasser rein. Um nicht laufend das Wasser erneuern zu müssen, habe ich mich für spezielle Universaltabs entschieden, sodass das Wasser den ganzen Sommer über schön bleibt. Die Tabs sind auch auf Amazon erhältlich. Tabs nach Gebrauchsanweisung in einen Schwimmer geben und ab in den Pool damit.Was ich jedoch empfehlen kann und auch mir selbst im nächsten Jahr noch zulegen werde, ist einen Poolsauger. Da der Pool mit einem Durchmesser von 3 Metern am Ende gar nicht so leicht zu reinigen ist.Man kann zwar eine Pumpe anschließen, nur hat ja nicht jeder die Möglichkeit dazu. Wir hatten jedenfalls am Ende so einige Mühe beim Reinigen, sodass im nächsten Jahr ein Poolsauger gekauft wird.Ich empfehle den Pool sehr gern weiter. Er ist gerade, wenn es draußen so derart heiß ist, eine tolle Abkühlung, selbst für Erwachsene.

Schon nach wenigen Tagen hat sich eine Beule imRing gebildet und der gesamte Pool hat sich verzogen. Seit Jahren stellen wir an diesem Ort unseren Pool auf und noch nie hatte wir solche Probleme mit einem Pool. Eine Reklamation war nur über den Hersteller möglich. Nachdem wir mit Bestway Kontakt aufgenommen hatten, erfolgte nie eine Reaktion. Nun hat sich der aufblasbare Ring ganz verabschiedet. Der Pool hat somit nicht mal einen Sommer durchgehalten.Absolute Billigware. Nie wieder!

Pool verliert nach 1 Tag Luft...man sieht nicht wo, aber das Wasser läuft ab

Ich habe den Pool für 30 Euro gekauft.Bisher hält der Pool sehr gut.Den Kindern macht er Spaß, da man genügend Platz hat, um vernünftig zu tauchen.
