Sunny Health & Fitness Smart Recumbent Cross Trainer for Full-Body Exercise

Great machine. Took about 3hrs for me to put together on my own (62yr old female). All components including the spanner’s etc were complete and well set out on a card and diagrams in instructions.When all set up it did have a squeak, but after reading other reviews I tightened all screws and bolts and no noise at all. Very smooth movement with very little noise.All in all I am very happy with this machine, it does me brilliantly and I am using the Sunny app for workouts which I am starting as a beginner and working through them all, the app takes into account your height and weight and calculates exact calories used etc at the end of the workout.I would recommend this machine, it is very comfortable to use as it is a recumbent and safer for backs or for people with health problems trying to do a bit of aerobic movement.

Has been great in helping me get active. As a wheelchair user, it isn't easy finding an exercise that works for me, and getting to a gym that is accessible is almost impossible. So this has been a great addition to my house. Assembled pretty easily, and doesn't take up a massive amount of space. Very quiet when running as well, which is great, as it means I can use it when it's convenient for me.

I find it tough to put together. Sunny Fit were quick to answer my questions. Once up and running it is ok. A few minor noises but nothing too bad.

Decent bit of kit, bought for pensioner female to get excercise. Instructions could have been better as they aren't overly clear, but having built a few things like this before no big issue. Works well now assembled and seems sturdy. I would image this would need very little maintenance other than new grease every so often. Did take a long time to get delivered.

Really good .easy to put together .

Unit is very heavy, but this to be expected due to weight capacity.Assembly was long winded but easy (took about 1 hour) end result was worthwhile.Great quality and the whole family can use it.Good for seniors and youngsters alike. I Will review after a few weeks of use.

Unfortunately, like some others that have purchased this bike, I too have had the left peddle soldering completely break/detach from the machine. After only 12 uses, steady pace and for at maximum 5 minutes per day (at the lowest tension setting too) it came clean off. The machine itself, from first use, made noises and squeaked but I assumed it was just the inside mechanics when in use making the sounds. It is a shame as this machine seems great but I will not be getting a replacement and have requested a refund.

Easy to use and helps get my daily exercise rather than having to go to the gym . Also as I’m 6ft 4ins tall and let’s say a larger frame , it’s a very strong and well made piece of equipment that suits me .

Plutôt facile à monter mais avec l’aide de la vidéo sur YouTube car notice inexistante…. Très bon appareil, stable et efficace. Permet de faire de l’exercice en toute sécurité pour tout âge et très adapté pour les personnes mobilité réduite .

Una excelente opción, es resistente, vale la pena la compra, trae todo para armarla, de preferencia que sean 2 personas por qué es algo pesada y busquen un lugar con espació para ponerla.

My husband and I are both very pleased with our recumbent. It will fit my needs perfectly. My husband was impressed with the clarity of the instructions and the provided tools for assembly. I was surprised by the other reviews which mentioned problems with assembly but my husband was quite pleased and he is very critical of quality. It took him about three hours but he took lots of breaks! I bought the Amazon recommended padded seat and rug to prevent scratching the floor. The machine might not be perfect for you. Two things that others have mentioned... the maximum resistance is not that much. A person that wants a truly heavy workout probably would be disappointed. Also the read out on my heart rate is not functioning well. These who items do not lower the value for me but it could for other people. All in all it is really quite beautiful, simple and solid. If as time goes on and I have a problem, I will update my review. Good job engineers on a good product at a great price point.
