Great laptop overall
Performs wonderfully. Very little damage, with only a few feet missing, has a touchscreen display which i didnt even know was available with the laptop, and was very clean upon delivery. Battery life is about as expected, 5-6 hours of use. Overall a great product, and very worth the purchase. Laptop experiences very little input lag, and opens apps very quickly.

Excellent condition, great value
Absolutely fantastic laptop for the price. Only a couple of tiny marks on the body, which are barely noticeable. Keyboard is clean with no wear on the keys, trackpad works with no issues. The screen is perfect, no dead pixels. It is touchscreen as well which I was not expecting.Came pre-installed with Windows 11, easy to setup and get ready for use. Start up is quick and it's ready to use almost immediately. As a laptop for work/business its perfect.

Looks new but lots not working.
This item is immaculate. No marks of any kind. Looks as though it's never been used. Battery life is good. I've had it on for more than three hours and icon is still on 3/4 left. Everything is working as you'd expect from a new device.Edit: not so sure now. I can't install security updates. Update troubleshooter doesn't work. Camera doesn't work. Sound doesn't work. Troubleshoot doesn't work for these either. Restore doesn't work. Factory restore doesn't work.

Couldn't be happier
This was such a brilliant purchase. For the price, I expected a few scratches here and there, and maybe not great performance... but... there is not a mark on it, and since installing Ubuntu, the performance is superb. Couldn't be happier.

Good cheap laptop
I bought this laptop as I wanted something cheap but with fast processing speed to run xtool software and this was ideal. Being refurbished it obviously wasn't nee. Appearance wise its in pristine condition although the faceplate on the keyboard had been re-glued and is prone to catching my finger at the edge. Its running windows 11 and I have say that overall I am happy with it, but now after 6 months usage it is starting to get sluggish. Performance has dropped since I first purchased it. Keyboard is great and battery life also a good few hours before requiring a recharge. Touch keypad is good and the machine is quite durable.
