Great pan, just don't heat it too high, ever ... and start off low to medium heat, using some kind of oil or fat each time. Holds up well, had mine over a year.

I ordered an 11-inch pan but received a 9.5-inch one, which also had a slightly defective handle that didn’t screw on properly. I’m not sure if this is a common issue with the white ceramic pans, as I own a SENSARTE granite-coated pan that I absolutely love with no issues. However, I ordered two white ceramic pans this round, of different sizes, and both had slight defects on top of one being the wrong size! But I gave them 4-stars because they apologised and refunded the money within a couple of days, no questions asked.

I have been using this 1-2 times every day the last few weeks. It's amazing. Works better than the expected for the price I paid. Works just as good or better than high end/price pans I've had in past. Would love to try some of their other products in future.

I’ve been using this pan for over a year now, and it’s just as good as the first day I used it. Big fan of this line of cookware, and especially that it doesn’t contain Teflon.
