The sun protection shirt is tight or loose?

It fits well, has a certain amount of stretch can adapt to a variety of body types, but also very versatile. Highly recommended to buy!

Is this rash guard shirt suitable for swimming and hiking?

Yes! I purchased this shirt to go hiking outdoors all day and not only did it protect me from the sun, it was also breathable and very comfortable!

Are the pockets deep enough? Will the sunglasses fall out easily when playing beach volleyball?

Enough, there is an elastic cord design in the pocket, easy to take, and not afraid to fall out.

Is it a lightweight shirt? Is it making the body heavy after sweating?

It's like a second skin for the body, very light. I wore it for swimming and diving and it fit perfectly and didn't chafe
