Works great. Saved some serious cash by just replacing the bad cables and plastic bits.Tricky part is winding the cables around the heated pulley and keeping even tension.

Ok so my driver's side regulator one day made a crunch noise but the window was operational for a day or so longer until it did not move. The crunch was one of the plastic bits breaking. Pulling apart door was fairly easy, besides breaking brittle clips. The repair kit is pretty good, no directions but there is a video out online you can watch. The video is partially helpful unless you wind the wire the incorrect way around gear. That is easy to do and frustrating because I got the entire thing back in door before I realized. Tip: test the direction using motor prior to installing regulator. Second tip: my wire would not go around pulleys and allow me to install gear tightly. I had to place wire on outer ring of each pulley prior to installing gear. Second set of hands would be helpful. Once gear in, rotate pulley to latch cable fully in pulley cavity. After that it is a breeze putting back in and it works. Be careful not to kink wire which is easy to do.I question how long this fix will last. If I get a few years, it will be a great purchase. If it breaks in 2 years I would have rather just bought a new one based on effort of repairing.Update: It did not last two years.... I ended up buying OEM which not only was the better fix but way less of a hassle.
